Admission Requirements: 

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age
  2. GED or High School Diploma
  3. Submit a government issued ID
  4. Submit a Social Security card
  5. Complete and pass a background check
  6. Negative PPD skin test or Chest X-Ray
  7. Negative Covid Test upon admission
